  My wife Sheila had the privilege to take a kickboxing fitness class on 5/27/2017 with Sensei Eloy of Rounds Fitness. The last time she did one of his classes it took her 15 minutes to get up from lying on the mats in the dojo. This time in the new gorgeous Oceanside fitness facility she walked out totally satisfied having had an amazing workout. During the class she had to take a few breaks. The tires on the wall routine Sheila said was brutally amazing! Call today and take a class! Thanks Sensei Eloy you are appreciated! My Sheila is in awesome shape !
